I have been practicing taxidermy for 25 years and have worked at it commercially for 23 years. Even after all that time I continue to attend seminars to stay on the cutting edge and keep up with the latest and best techniques offered today. Approximately 30% of our work is small animals. We mount a lot of them, and when you choose us you are not limited to pre-produced generic poses that you see everywhere. We do custom alterations as well as using some of the “old school” methods on existing manikins in addition to sometimes designing and building from scratch one just for your trophy with the end result being a one of a kind mount.  We are fully equipped to handle all your taxidermy needs from large life-size, to shoulder mounts, birds, small animals, tanning, rug making and habitat bases.

Much of our work is shipped directly to us. Especially large game from exotic ranches. Most reputable outfitters will prepare salt and ship your trophies directly to us for you. In talking with customers over the years one of the topics discussed was ongoing communication by the taxidermist and the customer. The internet has provided us with a means to communicate virtually anywhere in the world almost instantly. With this valuable tool, if requested, we keep our customers updated throughout the mounting process with emails and pictures of their trophy as work progresses. We are always available for your input as well as sending you images as the work progresses. We offer a one on one personal relationship with our customers and when you call or email us you will be corresponding with the person that will handle your trophy from start to finish.

We will also ship your finished trophy anywhere in the continental United States. They will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or for larger items we will use a local carrier. All items will be professionally crated and insured. Due to the overwhelming number of exotic ranches in Texas and our surrounding areas we ship a lot of finished mounts to our customers and will be happy to arrange to have your finished piece delivered to your front door.

We have been in this business a long time and can honestly say that one of the most rewarding times for us is when a young hunter picks up his first deer. Whether it is a young doe, a small spike or one of the big bruiser bucks the excitement for them and expression on their young faces is just unbelievable. We take great pride in knowing that through our work we will be a part of the memory of that exciting event.
